Itd be cool if this charity case of a multi billion dollar a year business cashing in on and traumatizing kids for profits would just vanish. This whole system is an absolute disgrace to anything family related, guess when the law of business is to create business for itself theres no better way to secure your profits then to use children and their parents love to gaurentee its profits. Cash for kids is their moto. The only best interest they have is the best interest of the states title iv-d funding. Dont like it come back and give them more money to enforce something they dont even enforce.

My family haves been going threw harsh times. Ive been paying CS and a garnishment do to an old debt for 4 years and still paying today. I’ve been having my tax returns taken for three years including my sons share of it we haven’t received any source of help in these difficult times with everything that’s been happening do to this error. It’s been a long battle that shouldn’t be happening and has been taking a toll on my family.

Myself or the child don't even live in Erie County and they refuse to switch to correct county. Then they froze my accounts before the holidays when I've been paying every week. I contacted every day the number provided to be told they'll get to you when the get to you. It's been over a week and it's over an hour in a half drive to even go directly to office.

The ABSOLUTE worst of the worst. Called to obtain instructions and was given completely incorrect info from a representative who never even noted my account or the many changes that were made. Was re-assured info noted & updated and instructions were correct. Placed a follow up call back to them and was greeted by the rudest person ive EVER interacted with as a consumer. This person belittled me...and told me that i was a liar and that i had never called 3 weeks prior because the previous agent FAILED TO NOTE MY ACCOUNT! I was repeatedly interrupted in an abusive manner when i tried to clarify what instructions need to follow. MY ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED despite numerous calls. TRULY THE WORST , MOST UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF i have ever encountered. Im going to file a complaint and issue an Attorney Demand for the recording of the undocumented call made on 9-8 .

Hello I'm 52 years old with 2 grown children. The father lives in west Seneca works off the books so he doesn't have to pay for his daughters. What can I do to collect some of the back child support? Is there still a active support order for him or not because his daughters are of age now??
It helps to have a appointment to get you back there faster, but you dont need one just pull and number when you walk in and they'll call it go early as you can tho they're so slow at that location mainly because its the only location in the area.
So court orders r just to screw the noncostodial parant these laws r just to Ridiculous i guess every one needs to stand up fir there rights this is unjust when there is ppl out here who do take care of there responsibilities. It is illegal ti deduct more than 1 garnishment in a 30 day period

I believe you can.but it maybe in a different section of the building.they wanted me to pay back support on the spot but didmt have the money so i dont know how it goes.but they did want money right there.hope this helps

Have you moved since your case opened? This happened to me. Go to office, returned checks are there. They don't look for you.
Yes go to Erie county building on Franklin street. Go to 4th floor take a number and they take all your money.
