Go to the 4th floor.
You might be able to file the petition online but you could also go to the 4th floor to obtain the petition for custody. After completing it you will need to make 7 copies of the completed petition and return them to the 4th floor. They do not make copies for you but you could walk over to the Copy Store on Court St to get them copied.
