I lived here for a year and would never consider living here again. The apartments are very outdated for the price of rent and the management is absolutely awful. There were multiple instances where I requested maintenance for various issues in my apartment (cabinets and drawers breaking, shower pull completely falling off, etc.) without any response. Every single time I called Cindy, it went straight to voicemail, and she never called me back. She’s usually out of office handling her personal business. The complex has a cockroach infestation and will only spray individual apartments if you complain multiple times, otherwise they pretend like it’s not happening - spraying does not work if the entire complex is infested, it only delays when they will come back inside your apartment. Additionally, because of the lack of ventilation in the apartments, most of them will eventually become infested with fungus gnats. Cindy never showed up to my walkthrough despite scheduling an appointment, the maintenance worker had to do it for her. Everything was ok’ed and marked as good during the walkthrough, and yet I still did not receive my full security deposit back. I would really strongly advise to find a different complex to live in, Acacia will just give you a long list of problems. The one positive thing that I will say is that the maintenance guy working there is wonderful and tries his best to cover for Cindy whenever she falls short of her duties.

I have tried to get in contact with the landlords via phone in regards to moving out and I have not been able to speak to anyone at the Chico offices directly. I have now moved out and my tenant rights have been violated as I was not present during the final walkthrough. I am still waiting to be contacted in regards to my security deposit. If someone from Acacia is seeing this, please reach out with a way to contact you directly.

The new management is very negligent and rude I have called several times to have a problem solved in my apartment and I have been waiting for 5 days.

The new manager is very rude, she came to my door to complain on a Sunday afternoon as a family to say that my son and nephews were talking very loud and playing and everything is heard in their apartment? She said it in a very rude way in front of my kids and nephews, and I think that even a bit of discrimination for being Hispanic, I have been in this condo for two years and I never had problems with the previous manager, I hope my contract ends soon here !!
