The management here never fixes things wrong in the apartment they harass the tenants and evict terminally ill tenants they also enter the residence without proper notice not to mention the slander that goes on and they brake confidentiality with the tenants here

Villa Rita a great place to live you're retired on a fixed income or have a disability management is great. But like any apartment complex you're going to have issues with some people with some neighbors, one or two at the most. I'm grateful to live here

This place is a joke. I was sent here from a recruiting agency to train. My “trainer” whom was also the current Property Manager was a girl named Saira (spelled something like that,) and she literally spent the two days I was there gossiping, texting, listening to music through her headphones, watching videos on her phone, talking on her phone with friends, bragging about her fiancé whose “famous,” and not training me at all. My training consisted of reading a book, being ignored, and told to make phone calls to people on a “waiting list” because she didn’t feel like doing it. I was “let go” by Saira’s boss Brandi via a phone call because she “heard” I wasn’t willing to live on the property. There is no work ethic, policy, professionalism, communication, and/or training at this place. It’s rather awful, and I feel terrible for the residents. The only positive thing I have to say about this place is the Maintenance Manager, Jim. He actually seemed to care about his job, and that was refreshing.

This place has roaches, can only enter through the front door. They want to catch people who are living here illegally. But it doesn't really work, a worker found a homeless guy LIVING In the behind the wall! He cut a section of the wall (behind) the stairs. Nobody knew/ heard anything, after all the building was being refurbished this past year. He had like a beanbag chair in there. We don't know how long he was there. This is why I rate V.R.Apts. a three.
