Working as a Chauffeur and observing not necessarily how many times Chico P.D. has had to respond there, but mostly to take control of violent scenario(s) which creates a wariness in all residents/visitors/guests.

Good Day.... The CCA. i.e. Chico Commons Apartments are well maintained in all facets. Quiet, clean, secure. Unauspiciously, not all residents thereof have a humanitarian philosphy. There are always a couple few stones that gather and emit Moss, if you get my drift. On the whole CCA is a fair apartment complex.
