Unfortunately not a satisfied customer. Problem with refrig was not entirely addressed. Notified customer service rep at 800 #. Got some run around that next the service call would be complimentary IF it was not the same problem???? A week later we had a maintenance scheduled for W/D. It was made 2 months prior. Between 8am and noon was told. 5:o5pm I notified customer service no one showed up. They said 'ooooops, the technician got detained at a previous stop!" And I was never notified with a courtesy call??!!
