I signed up for the morning call at the Allentown fair where there was a booth selling ride wristbands for cheaper than the fair as long as you sign up for a subscription. It has been two months that I and my mother have been “subscribed” and we received NOTHING EVER. The guy said if we got a refund they would charge us the full amount for the tickets. This place is a scam.

Endless emails - impossible to get off the mailing lists once joined. Impossible to talk to anyone in customer service. You cannot cancel online - you must call.

You never get to talk to an actual Morning Call staff member. Everything is through their call service and they never fix the problem. I had a subscription and canceled due to little or no delivery service. My 93 year old father insisted on getting the paper delivered and guess what, yep, in seven days only one paper has been delivered. Calling to cancel when done with this review. Don’t put yourself through this. Terrible service! TERRIBLE!!!!

Stick to local news and events! I do not want to pay for your left leaning political news sources and equally biased editing.

Husband works there. No one cares any longer. Paper isnt even assembled or printed in Allentown. Youd be better off buying if from the vending machine. They dont take complaints seriously. And even the complaints arent taken in Allentown they are in some other country and supposedly reported.
One of the main presses were down and since they now get there papers from Jersey they had double the work this morning, my husband works there believe me he wasn't happy had double the work and he does his best to keep his costumer's happy.
Chances are NO I subscribe but haven't received on in 5 days I call (the Phillipines) and am promised a paper never receive it What kind of business is this!!!!
My brother died and the news carrier kept delivering papers to his house. She called the police. The police came and discovered he had died weeks earlier at the hospital. She continued to deliver the paper. I called the Morning Call to have them stop. I was told they wouldn't because his subscription was still valid. I told them to cancel his subscription. They said they couldn't. I told them he's dead. It didn't matter. The carrier continued to deliver the paper till his subscription ended. What happened with this company. It used to be a great paper with great service?
