I have been on the phone trying to reach someone that can tell me if Ben is still coming for the dishwasher repair today . He was supposed to be here between 8 and 12 . I understand things happen a job takes longer but the 1 800 number should be able to call the technician instead of telling me he will be here at one point today and I will receive a txt msg within the hour and I'm still waiting for. I don't blame the local store or Ben but the call center that made me listen to 5 offers from medical alert necklace to A/C offers before I ever got someone on the phone. The lady was very pleasant but who ever she sent a message to so I could get a update has yet to do so . It cost a day off work the copay and the monthly amount for the home warranty Update I went on to the Facebook site called the number I found ask for a call back and the lady that called me back ask me to hold for 2 minutes and I got the we are busy press 1 for a call back. So I'm back to were I started. I used to have the best service with sears in Fayetteville now I can't even get a call back from someone that can help in anyway to resolve my issue. That's a sad statement on sears end . Im so disappointed by a company that used to be the gold standard of home warranty service

Review for Wilmington, NC service. Had apt scheduled to repair dryer. On the day of the apt they called and said they couldn’t make it and rescheduled for 2 weeks out. After waiting 2 weeks they called the day prior to next scheduled apt and said they couldn’t make it and wanted to reschedule 4 weeks out. I called Mr. Appliance who worked me in within 24 hours.

I was informed the time he would be here I was also notified when he was on his way he was on time very very professional found the problem repair it it explain the entire situation to me Sears needs more technicians like him absolutely one absolutely wonderful and knows what hes doing I will definitely use them again If the scoring went up to Tin I will give him a 20 very nice tvery nice very professional very neat cleaned up after himself could not ask for better service thank you for having him on your payroll he knows what hes doing he should be training other people.
