Generator Supercenter of Wilmington has a great many 5 star reviews. However, I feel the need to add yet another one! From my first enquiry to the completion of the installation it was highly apparent I was dealing with a knowledgeable, ethical and professional group of people. The call team who schedule tec visits appear to be right on top of where your install is at, at any time during the process. The tecs who do the install are very friendly, courteous and hard-working. This is a very unique business. Unlike most businesses, it seems that their people really DO CARE about customer satisfaction and company reputation. Everybody was great but special thanks to the team who set the generator on it's pad (CJ & Josh I think?). A very hot day and an install complicated by having to work very near a busy laneway within the confines of an historic home with all the unforseen issues that always arise in such circumstances. Thank you all and congratulations to management on assembling such a great team that represent your brand admirably!
