I called to order 2 tops for our crickets, I was told that UPS shipping was going to be $60 for each one of the tops. I asked if they could put both tops in the same box to save on shipping, we do a lot of shipping and the charge seemed excessive. I was told that they had to ship separately because they were very delicate. We received the tops, both in the same box, without an invoice. When I looked at my credit card bill I was shocked with the charged amount!! I called back and asked for an invoice (which didn't match the amount charged on my card). A VERY rude lady, CAROL is her name, hung up on me when I questioned her about a $125 shipping charge (I was able to check the charge with the UPS shipping label on the box, it was $44). When I called back a man told me to stop fussing and that they could CHARGE ME WHAT EVER THEY WANTED!!! Horrible company do to business with!!!!

we bought our SW-3 Cricket in 2008, very pleased with it, now 10 years later of course it needs some maintenance, that's not the issue, i'm fine with that but when we called to order parts, had to leave a message which was never returned, we waited 4 days (yes I know they are only open Monday-Thursday) finally my husband called back and they were very helpful with what he needed and placing the order, telling him what part to order and all, the person he talked to gave him an "estimate" of the total, ? why an estimate ? the prices are right there, but anyway when we got the order the total charged to our credit card was DOUBLE that "estimate" okay so I thought i'd call them and discuss it, since we didn't receive an invoice. The lady we talked to said "well i must have added wrong"!! really? she had all the prices there! Why no invoice??? doesn't make sense to me, not really hard to do! We LOVE the Cricket, but the service you receive leaves a lot to be desired!
