It took me 3 months to book my clinical evaluation because they kept losing my information, when I finally did get them to find it. They charged me to sit in a chair and give the man amassers h already had on the paper. Then after that was done he tells me I have to get further evaluation and I should have done it earlier even though I had been trying to book an appointment for months. Personally as a POC I did not feel comfortable from the time I started dealing with this facility to the end but I had no other choices I’m the Augusta area. However if you do get a chance to find another place available go to them immediately.

I think 3,000 if I remember correctly and they didn't have a payment plan when I had gone up there but they do offer a low interest loan through a 3rd party finance company. If that's not doable I would recommend the hope house it's free.
