Clean with good ac. No diamond goodies (water etc) but whatever. Property was fine - would stay again

I get that the hotel was booked solid, but as a Diamond member, I would expect better service for a product that was more than subpar. My initial room had a cigarette smell, and I requested to change rooms. I was moved to another room that smelled like body odor. At that point, it was the lesser of two evils, as the smell cigarette smoke gives me a headache. The front desk clerk indicated that "we've had a problem with that room (BO room) since the 4th of July." We were provided with a dusty machine that was supposed to "clean the air." Honestly, we spent fewer than five hours a night in the room, as the smell was rank. When we checked out of the room, the desk clerk simply rolled her eyes when I complained about the room and handed me my receipt. This is the first Hilton brand stay that I did not receive a follow-up survey regarding my stay. I have a sneaky suspicion the hotel had no interest in acknowledging my problematic stay. The convenience to downtown is fabulous. However, I'll skip the Hilton Honors points and choose the Marriott Courtyard next year.

The room was pretty standard fair for the price range. Very clean and comfortable, we all slept easy on the beds. And four pillows to a bed, what a treat. Breakfast was good with lots of help yourself selection. The place truly shines with its employees. Everyone was fantastic, but Millie at the front desk was exceptional, they have a great employee there. The location can't be beat. There is a grocery store and many restaurants in walking distance, a state park very close by. And a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The kids loved. Hopefully we can make it back sometime. Thanks everyone there.

My room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It's located near a lot of places and the staff was very helpful and friendly

The hours are 5am to 11pm and they are very strict on the time frame
Your best bet if you're looking to book 10 or more rooms is to call the hotel and ask if they have a sales and marketing manager. If not then ask to talk to the assistant general manager. If you are looking only for yourself you can go to Hilton.com and they should have discount codes such as AAA, AARP and such.
