v Very conveniently located, walkable to Giant store and Aldi is just a block away. Breakfast is above average, pool was indoors, but it was cold. Gym was very good. Ample parking available. Everyday room cleaning service was available and the staff were extremely friendly.

I stay at Comfort Inns all the time when I'm on the road for work. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I was woken up at 4am by the staff out in the lobby talking at the top of their lungs. I finally called the front desk and Brittany answered the phone. I asked her to PLEASE ask them to keep it down. She said, "I'm sorry," then hung up on me. They not only didn't stop their extremely loud conversation, they actually got louder and it went on for hours...I'm exhausted. The staff is rude and inconsiderate. Also, when I went to pack up my dog's food bowl, it was covered in ants.

probably one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Had 4 diesel trucks running outside my window for 3 hours. they were very unwilling to move me and offered no help. They tried to say the equipment was from next door property, however when I asked why the folks were in this building, they said they had a contract with them. Check in person was wonderful and I would give her a 5. Next person should take some courses in public diplomacy and I would rate a 1. Just went out to pick up grubhub and workers were working on the roof with whatever, falling on my car. Total nightmare and I have never written a review for anything.

The staff here is amazing and goes the whole way to make you feel welcomed! Super friendly and caring the whole time I was there. I, unfortunately, had to make a trip due to a family member being in the hospital and they gave me so many recommendations for food and shops to get things for that person. I will definitely use this hotel again!
