From the time we checked in until check out we had nothing but great things to day about the hotel. The breakfast and pool are the only mediocre aspect... but not worth giving less than 5 stars, just not a lot of options for breakfast and the pool is just very small. The room was amazing and so perfectly clean and the staff was so friendly every encounter we had. The location is perfect for walking everywhere downtown. Love this hotel for sure and can't wait to visit again!!!

I checked in for 14 days and was told the room would be cleaned every 3 days well it was cleaned 2 times and the first time there was no toilet paper at all that went for 7 days until I went and got some myself, also the garbage was not taken out of my room until I set it in the hallway. Then there was a day of hard rain and I had some mud in my shoes it transfered to the kitchen floor not a lot but noticeable after one of the 2 cleanings I had to clean that up myself, so no never again ever!!!!!

We stayed at the TownePlace Suites while in town for a wedding this weekend. I truly cannot express enough how wonderful this hotel is … the rooms are clean and comfortable, it has a great amenities package, and it is in a prime location. Most importantly, the staff at this hotel is absolutely top-notch. From the guest service attendants to the housekeepers, every single staff member that we encountered was kind, friendly and welcoming. And a very special thank you to Jacob, who went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. This is a great hotel and I very highly recommend!
