Positive: I got to leave and not be disrespected on the day I got engaged Negative: Rude and embarrassed us in front of other guest said we didn't look like type of people who stayed there. Very rude disrespectful and judgemental.

The place felt new and clean. Breakfast was good but not as extensive as some other HIE locations we've visited. The elevator was confusing, with two doors that let into different hotels.

We need to visit Williamsport about once a month. We will always stay here! The staff is friendly; the room is clean and comfortable; because we are IHG members we are able to have a late checkout upon request. The ladies who work in the breakfast area are so friendly and accommodating. They met my toddler grandson the day before and saved a "special" cup for him for breakfast. It feels like coming home when we get there. Couldn't ask for more than that!!

We loved staying here. We had a terrible experience at a Wyndham hotel recently and it just made us so much more able to appreciate a well run hotel. Everything was perfect and made us feel very well taken care of. The staff here are absolutely darling. Loved every interaction we had. We got confused a couple times with the connected holiday inn but nothing unpleasant. Just tried to check in at wrong front desk initially and sometimes got off the elevator in the wrong hotel.
