Nice clean room comfy beds my kids loved it the pool was a nice amenity the free breakfast was good great selection of breakfast items my only complaint is they needed to refill the waffle batter dispenser having the TGI Fridays attached was perfect for my late night snacks when the kids went to bed

Worst service possible. Room had stains on the floor from previous pets pee. I have video and pictures. No room service for 5 days straight. Made my own bed finally and put old linen outside door. It stayed there 2 days...🤦‍♀️ I told manager and she said "I'm sorry" but never took action to fix anything. I even asked to carpet clean myself and was denied. After spending over 700 dollars I checked out and went to Hamptons. Spending 900 more that could've been collected by this motel if they just would've made an effort. I wouldn't recommend this motel to anyone. The management and staff seem very very lazy. They deserve a zero. When I asked for corporate, they dodged and weaved and wouldn't give me any numbers. It's ok, I got ahold of them...

Positive: Restaurant attached was convenient Negative: Noise level outside room was too high, had to call front desk but i think they should have realized it was noisy before that. Also, walking through smoke constantly wasnt pleasant. Should have designated smoking areas.

We chose not to stay here after smelling the room. The room smelled strongly of weed. It was dirty and disgusting. They did refund our room without question. However it is very disconcerting when you come in late in the evening to an unfamiliar town and almost every hotel is booked. We almost couldn’t find another hotel. This was a very stressful experience. If I were you, I would not pick this hotel unless you are in fact the one who skunked it up.
