This store has one of the rudest, most unprofessional and hateful cashier's that it has ever been my misfortune to have to try to deal with. Definitely will not be returning to this location

I love goodwill but this one in particular is way too expensive. I’ve found items from the dollar store here and they want 2+ dollars for it. They also need to knock it off with this “specially priced” stuff. Goodwill is supposed to be a deal. In addition to this, as of recent the employees have been rude and won’t even acknowledge the customer. I don’t expect anyone to go “above and beyond” especially at goodwill rate of pay but a hello would be nice at the very least.

The store is clean and has a great selection of products to choose from. They have various brands and styles for all age groups. I have been to various consignments: Plato's, Once upon a child, treasures decor, etc and this location by far is the best for all needs. What stood out the most was the customer service. Contrary to what was previously stated; I have always been treated with respect and love. Emma the cashier always has the brightest smile and the sweetest personality. She took the time to show my son where the newest books were which meant a lot to me as a parent and Regina would always see how our day was. Paul is the manager at this location and his professionalism reflects with the employees. I know they encounter dozens of customers daily and they were able to remember us and greet us. Visit this location and you won't be disappointed. They're amazing!

Goodwill prices is extremely too high they dog friendly place where they got dogs and people with pets coming in the store don't have enough room to walk around as a human less knowing a dog and Goodwill it is very embarrassing plus the prejudice when you say something about the people need to hold the dogs in the hands not in the budget around the cart those Goodwill down the clothes are being donated and they making the prices extremely too too high.

They have senior citizen discounts, but not until 65. However, they do have senior special days for 55 and over. I do not which days those are. Good luck.
It is according to where you live! :-)
Goodwill accepts most things except for 1. Large appliances 2. Baby strollers, baby cribs, car seats. 3. Mattresses 4. Ripped soiled and torn furniture not in sellable condition 5. Console televisions 6. Used underwear/ used socks 7. Trash such as Fast food boxes wrappers. 8. Chemicals
Theyll take almost anything that's free to them, then they add a price so they can sell it to someone else for 100% profits to them and $0 dollars to charity... Google the CEO's yearly salary...
