We are considering getting a in ground pool and we have called around to several places, one being Carter Pool. All the pool company we talked to have been inundated with people wanting pools. Even though they have a lot on their plate they have taken the time to see us a customer and our interest and give realistic expectations. They are polite and has shown great customer service which I think is not that common these days.
