I was assistant director of nursing at this facility, was under quarantine for covid and jeanne smart the director of nursing brought me in symptomatic to get tested and stated cdc guidelines said I was good to work and tried to place me in direct contact with staff, residents and family members. We all know being vaccinated doesn't prevent you from contracting or spreading covid and this action if proceeded would've endangered many at the facility.

Very short staffed. ! They don’t care about anyone, as long as they are getting paid & bringing in people. The conditions get worst with each day goes by.

Trinity Ems Heath and Rehab has been a wonderful place for my Aunt. The costs have been staggering- they double the cost of assisted living next door, but we don't worry about the care she is receiving and that has been a huge blessing! We are pleased with the staff and the environment!

CAR Work

They won't accept Medicaid unless you pay them for two years with your personal funds first ! May be Dead by then , thanks for the help
