Do not use this guy unless he is recommended by a mutual acquaintance, or he will most likely try to take advantage and overcharge you. Also, he looks to be unfamiliar with newer septic systems. Roy initially arrived to my home for an issue with the alarm on my septic and within 10 minutes, he informed my wife that we needed to changeout the septic pump, and that it would cost $900 (totally overpriced). Thankfully, my wife was able to get in touch with the company that installed the system one-year prior, and they verified that it was still under warranty. When my wife called Roy to tell him that we wouldn't need him, he told her that he would still need to charge us another $80 for going back to our home to pick-up a tool that he left in our backyard. My wife stood her ground and stated that she would not be paying that amount. When the original installer arrived, he checked the system and verified that it was a simple issue with the wiring, but that there was no need to change out the pump... doing so wouldn't have fixed the issue. This begs the question: did Roy know that the pump didn't need to be changed out, but wanted a quick payout? Or did he actually think it did, which indicates that he doesn't know what he is doing? P.s. he also left my septic cover open, left the pump out, & it was raining...

Every other company I called was fully booked for at least a week. Roy was able to come out in under 2 hours. He was unable to completely fix it due to the type of septic system I have, but he was able to get it working enough so that my family can use the water again until another company can come up. He was very friendly, helpful, and charged a fair price.

First off roy heaths septic saved our families day today we noticed bad water coming from between toilet an the floor I had not a clue what to do called all around an Mr heath answered an was here by 1:30 today an actually he showed me an my wife where the septic was located an as the leach fields he called them where also he pumped our septic tank an cleaned the pipe from the house to the septic tank an everything works great now will definitely use mr heath again thanks so much for helping me an my family especially on a weekend
