4 phone calls averaging 1 and a half hours to get a response during business hours. Phone calls were done at different hours on different days. Getting a response through their UFHealth website usually runs me over a day.

Dr. Samuel Dickmann and Taylor are a terrific team to serve your healthcare needs.

They got me in quickly and addressed my embarrassing issues with the utmost respect to my dignity. I’ve been through a quite a few medical organizations and a few of them teaching clinics. UF Jonesville is hands down the best doctors office I have ever utilized, from the doctors right on through the nurses and front office staff, top notch professionals. I would recommend them to everyone!

Questions & Answers

How is it that a doctor can't call you back when you need to ask for help when you are hurting and their nurse calls and hangs up on you.

Well since you're asking.... Nurse Usually responds 1st... why you were disconnected , I have no idea... mostly questions can be asked & answered through the "my chart" app on your phone or tablet...

Do they accept Florida blue for blood labs

They dont do blood labs so...no. As for UF in general, probably. But just saying Florida blue doesnt mean anything. You would still need to check if they are a provider either with your insurance or by presenting your information for them to verify
