My family has live at BGN apartments for about 12 years. This property is going down & has had multiple complaints by tenants on trash eyesore, still no resolution ... Would you want to drive into your community and see this every day?? Battleground north apartments now feels like and looks like we are living in the slums. Movie theater projector hasn’t work in 2 1/2 years. Pool area is left with trash around it & debris in it. The walking path to the grocery store is not accessible or safe. The TV in the club house is not working nor does it have a remote. The car wash amenity is broken & cannot be used. I avoid having friends and family visit because of this.No one takes pride in this property anymore nor is it maintained and it’s not fair for the Rent we pay and We pay $15 maintenance fees every month. I would like to know what can be done to take care of these issues? Concern Resident;

About the time they remove all the broken down cars taking up spaces and actually fix the trash compactor. Must be busy remodeling the employee lounge, I mean front office.
We understand your frustration as this does not meet our standards. The issue is being addressed and the blockage in the compactor that occurred over the weekend is being cleared. It should be functioning again shortly so this should no longer be an issue going forward. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation while this is being resolved.

We will be opening the pool at Bacarra as soon as the vendor is available to make the material replacements required to pass inspection for use. The onsite team has been in frequent contact with the vendor and they have been communicating updates with residents via email. We empathize with you and understand your frustration. All other amenities are open for your enjoyment and the pool will be as soon as possible.
