Plain and simple. Josh was amazing. He diagnosed the issue very quickly, and explained to me where I understood. He was able to have the house cool until he could come make repair. Kim was also very friendly and got me an appt. quickly. Both reached out to make sure I was ok. And the repair was completed and with ease payment was made. Will use again if needed but will also have them service my unit from now on.

Came out the day after I called and installed a new wifi thermostat. He was friendly and got the job done in no time! I would definitely use them again. Just adding to my review. It was our pleasure and great question! Indoor air quality can be affected by many things and it's an important subject. (High Efficiency Particulate Air) HEPA filters catch more particles but some are so expensive that they offer diminishing returns. The heating and cooling system will stay clean with regularly changed "cheap blue filters" and that would be what I recommend for saving energy and money. (A higher efficiency filter can affect system air flow causing the equipment to run longer + the added cost of the filter itself, it can get expensive) But since air quality is a concern of yours, I would recommend trying a more efficient filter as a test to see if you think the extra expense is worth it.
