Beware ! ! I lost 5k deposit , was told cabin would be approximately 350k ended up with a 510k estimate for a 1,300 sq..ft. Log cabin . I respectfully requested a partial refund and was told the 5k was for the internet plans . The plans are not even engineered stamped , plumbing and electric were not included . The engineered stamped plan would cost an additional $1800. Very disappointed.

They were very easy to work with. We had to change the floor plan several times and was not a problem. We have been in our log home for 6 months and it is beautiful. It is just what we wanted. Our neighbor said our builder is a lot better than his builder. It was a good decision to pick them to build our log cabin.
