The lack of parking near my apartment is ridiculous and annoying. People that have covered parking use it for their guests which takes spots for residents. Although the grounds are finally shaping up, the gardeners keep blowing leaves onto my patio and they don’t clean up the dead debri, they just blow it onto the asphalt. Having my rent increased after only being here for one year was frustrating as well. I was tagged twice for my cat tree on my patio, so I got rid of it but there are much more serious violations on patios that have not been dealt with, ex. Barbecues. On a good note: I love my neighbors and it is quiet.
