We’ve lived here for about a year and a half and really love it. The first thing we noticed, before we even moved in, was how quiet it was. It’s very family friendly, with lots of kids out playing all the time. We took it as a good sign when we visited before deciding to move in that there were so many kids out, it reflected well on how safe it feels. We’ll probably live here another year or two before moving on. :) 2022 Update: We just signed another year lease, still really enjoying the property and the quiet. The price is so reasonable for the area and we have been blessed with great neighbors. We’ve been here three years and will be going on year four.

That portable bathroom has been there for over a months and it smells

Lived here 2 years. It's really good place to live but recently there is an extreme cockroach problem outside my apartment and recently have been finding them in the bathroom and randomly near the front door. They will spray outside if you call but this doesn't do much. Went to the pool last year to about 30 dead cockroaches on the ground near the pool so the problem is known, but getting much much worse

Autumn oaks soon to be previous resident. They lost the keys to my apartment and mailbox with the apartment number on it and DIDNT TELL ME. They then tried to blame it on my old roommate who’s been gone for a year and then they said I must have lost it when I have never lost my key and had to borrow from the office. They told me to get as much of my deposit back as possible I should schedule a walkthrough when my apartment is not being lived in. I called to schedule my appointment for when all my stuff will be moved out and they confirmed then they called back and said “we can’t do Saturday because you have to schedule two weeks in advance we can come tomorrow” obviously trying to scam as much money as possible because my stuff will not be moved out tomorrow. STAY AWAY FROM CTL MANAGEMENT THEY HIRE PEOPLE WITH NO EXPERIENCE AND DONT TRAIN THEM. They do not know policy and make promises they can’t keep.
