I bought a sectional couch there a week ago, when I loaded it to the truck I noticed a cut on the bottom part. The lady told me it’s a floor model and it can be damaged, that the way it is… So when I asked for my money back, she started blaming it on me and screaming I’m a liar and she will check the cameras, After a long argument, shaming and accusation.. I got my money back. This place is unbelievable, I will never go near them. As much as I’d like to support the whole idea of a woman owned business.. I felt so bad after that experience.
