Horrible service and installation. I agree with the negative reviews. Not sure how they are still in business. It seems most of the positive reviews are from truck drivers :-). All the 20+ widows have screeched during the "installation." They laid the windows down on the concrete floor. It was shocking. When we saw it, we complained, but the installation team did not speak one word of English. Manufacturer refuse to cooperate since it was a installation issue. I assume builders use them because they are cheap.

From an inbound truck drivers perspective this place is a joke. It seems that every time I come here I wait for 2 or more hours and there are few to no trucks in front of me. They have about 15 forklifts driving around but only one guy can unload trucks and seems to go missing most of the time a truck is here. It’s a complete joke and ruins your day if you have a pickup somewhere else or if you have multiple stops.
