Had the best experience at this boutique . I was helped by Ali and he delivered a great shopping experience . Sure the time piece was not available in the spot , but patience and respect went a long way. Ali was a real pleasure to work with. He showed me around all of the exhibition pieces on numerous occasions and was always very helpful and professional. Thanks for the wonderful customer service!

I came in here with my family to look at a watch. The staff was not friendly or helpful. Despite being the only potential customers in the store, we were basically ignored, and I was treated coldly when I inquired about a watch. Several other reviews mention a similar experience. Unfortunately, this seems to be the norm for a lot of these "luxury" shops. After we left Tourneau, we walked over to the Omega boutique on the other side of the mall where we were treated with basic decency and common courtesy. Based on the unwelcoming and unpleasant experience at Tourneau, I decided to just buy an Omega from the Omega boutique.

Advice to anyone making a purchase at this dealer, please make sure to read all the reviews and work with the sales representatives who have made a great impression on other customers. Please do not get assigned a sales representative at random (the security guard at the door assigned the sales rep). This mistake happened to me. Since I already knew the watch I wanted, I mentioned this to the sales associate I was assigned to. She asked for a deposit, as this was their “store policy”. I gave her a 30% deposit. Asked how long the watch would take to arrive, “usually it takes 2-5 months,” I was told. So the 5 months turned into 10 months. The day I picked up the watch was the first time I actually spent more than 5 minutes with and her true personality manifested. She had difficulty using the credit card terminal and progressively began directing her frustrations at me. Next, gave me a surprise -- I have to pay an extra $400 because the price increased while I was waiting for the watch. By the end of the transaction, behavior had become a haughty role play, where she was doing me a favor by allowing me to buy the watch. Out of respect to others in the store, I did not address her in the way I wanted to as I just wanted to get out of there. Ultimately, my purchase experience from Tourneau Rolex in South Coast Plaza was sub-par due to the sales associate. Sadly, I thought a purchase stateside would be something comparable to the magical experience of shopping at Bucherer in Switzerland. Unfortunately, the competency, decorum, and lack of class from will be a story I can share with others. Please do yourselves a favor when and buy from someone else.

Agnieszka Kmiec is the best sale person . I been to many Rolex place try to purchase my dream watches but end up is negative. Since I met Agnieska Kmiec I explained to her what’s I looking for I am truly satisfied on her service, great personality & excellent business.
