Staff is amazing. The process on the other hand is a joke. Been waiting 1 1/2 months on a criminal background for California. State to State has been cleared. Staff keeps saying we are checking every day. Checking the computer and Physically talking to a live person are two separate things. Excuse after another on why taking so long. Frustrated

I lived at Zinfandel Village for about 4 and half years. Living there was good and staff is very nice. However, I recently moved out since I purchased a house. I was utterly surprised by the $140 charge out of my deposit for cleaning fees (this isn’t for carpet cleaning ). I left my apartment pretty much in the same condition I received it in 4 years ago. The office staff even mentioned how clean it was in the initial and final inspection. I shouldn’t be charged for additional cleaning the complex does to get the apartment ready for next tenants. My husband has had previous rental experiences in which I helped clean out his apartment and he’s never been charged for cleaning expenses. Even my father owns multiple apartment complexes and he doesn’t charge he’s tenants for cleaning expenses like these. Be warned everybody: they will come for your deposit….
