Had a leak in the bathroom sink was leaking water under the sink and floor. Maintance installed a new garbage disposal and new PVC pipe. Wonderful job thanks to speedy response. I don't know who did the repair so thank you all Ed #403

Avoid this place they have on going water issues, its turned off at best once a week from 8:00 am until. They have a rodent problems. And no pest control service available. The rent is to high for all of the problems that's why they are the cheapest one the block. Spend a little more if you can
