They don't really do anything. Call about neighbor noise that shakes the house and they ari e and listen opposite the noise far from the house and say nothing is wrong. Call at 1:30 in the morning about metal scraping noise outside and they tell me to go check it out. Got threatening letters on my car and they tell me to go house to house and talk to people. If there ever was a secondary complaint to yours you will never know about. Aside from all this the police are overworked and answer to the politicians so not all the blame is on them

Called to get my son an ambulance because he called me from the side of the road unable to breathe with chest pains. Ambulance dispatcher I was transferred to asked me why he didn’t call himself if he needed help lol Seriously? Wow. Then she disconnected the call and I had to call back and she wasn’t listening to any information I tried to give her. Wasted time asking me the same questions over and over. Then a fire truck came and they told my son he was probably having a panic attack and left him on the side of the road to figure it out. Family had to take him to get medical attention on their own. Don’t almost die in Rancho Cordova.

I called them twice complaining about the loud neighbors, they didn’t show up.
