Just spoke to an officer named Kevin about a concern from a Fair Oaks resident who had been accidentally routed to an Illinois housing resource (where I work) rather than one in California. Kevin listened carefully and took down all of the information and is contacting the Fair Oaks office to do a well check on the gentleman that needs help. May their fellow officer lost in the line of duty yesterday rest in peace.

Fingerprinting. The place not easily visible from road. Waiting time was unreasonable. The pace here seems to be a crawl, I wish they'd respect people's time.
