I shop this T.J. Maxx location frequently when in this area. The staff while shopping is very polite.. however, if you are calling to see if they have a specific item before you drive an hour to get there, if you call close to closing, you will get a someone on the phone and then you're put on hold and hung up on. This not only happened with me one but twice back to back calls. My area doesn't have a location so coming to look for something specific to not have an answer because someone didn't want to visually look to see is poor business practices. Hopefully more store will come to other areas I'd cater to.
