So many things I want!!!!

I've only written a one star review once, and now two. An item was ordered for me online, for my birthday. I opened it, and of course I'm just grateful for the gift even though I'm looking it thinking how odd its used and sure enough it has Display written on the side. Again I'm just grateful and don't say anything. However I ask the gift giver a couple weeks later, after I'm sure I counted the parts, if I could have to name of the company because there are pieces missing. Turns out the item sent was supposed to be brand new. It sure is not. Pieces are missing, it has Display written on the side. My gift giver is heartbroken, and immediately calls the company who tells him, sure will fix this immediately, we are so sorry, we will send you a return label. Then he gets an email from this company saying they won't send a return label for 30 days or after even though this poor man spent full price for a brand new cross bow and gets a useless hunk of metal with missing parts that was a display bow for some store. If your company sends the wrong item, it should be fixed immediately. Take the item back, then ship out the new one once you receive the wrong one back. It's called customer service and as a business owner that's what we do. Absolutely horrible service across the board.

Sportsman warehouse has a vast selection of firearms, archery, camping, and fishing equipment and it puts stores like academy to shame. High quality products people and services.
