I love the items I find here however ....I think due to the fact that Iook young for my age I feel I am treated different by different associates which makes my member experience not wonderful.....I excused the first incident that occurred but I am not able excuse this so I have decided to leave this response

Place is organized and has a good selection of clothing, but the prices are too high. $5 for used neck tie? And everything else based on brand.

I just left BB. Now I remember why I haven't been in a while. The customer service is horrible. While I was in the store NO ONE....AND I MEAN NO ONE came and asked me if I needed anything. Just because it is a consignment store doesn't mean we don't want service. For all they know I could have been working as a secret shopper. Do better!!!
