The customer service staff at the register is always very pleasant and greets you upon entry, however, the individuals that are assigned in the rear to accept donations are extremely rude and unprofessional. I’ve experienced this on multiple occasions when dropping off donations. I understand that some of them are bot actual employees, however that does not negate the fact that they are rude and unprofessional when accepting donations from the community. I’ve given many donations over the course of several years and after my last experience I’ve decided that I will just find a local church to give my donations.

Nice large Goodwill, has a bit of everything furniture, clothes, toys, books, movies, and homegoods. It was clean and the staff was very nice :) I always seem to snag a good deal here on some cool items! Plus goodwill is a charity store so the money goes to a great cause :)
