Just take the Strait Shot. From now on I'll be planning all of flight times around the Clallam Transit schedule. When I first tried to book online, the website couldn't process my payment. I called the number on the website and tried to explain what was going on and that I needed assistance making a reservation, and the extremely rude woman on the phone was more concerned with my understand that she didn't work for Greyhound than helping me. I paid extra for "priority boarding" in Port Angeles, but the driver just pulled up and told everyone to get on the bus, so I'm not sure what that extra $10 was for. The driver was incredibly rude and condescending, and spoke to all of the passengers like we were naughty school children. The icing on the cake was when we were driving through downtown Seattle, and she told us she just ignored that cops directing traffic during the Seahawks games because they're "not real cops" when they're being hired for events. Would not recommend, but I did arrive at the airport, so I give it two stars.

We use the bus a lot to get from Sequim to the airport and back and the bus service has always been friendly and reliable. They are also nice in the way that if you can't make the bus because your flight is late, they will give you the credit for the next bus ride. So overall we are very happy with them. The only downside is their phone reservation. The last two times I made a reservation I had the same lady on the phone that is pretty unfriendly and seems super annoyed with you. Like she's doing you a favor taking your reservation and you're just a total inconvenience to her. Maybe I just got too used to everybody in the service industry in the U.S. being generally friendly and helpful, but that lady sure makes me feel like I'm back in former eastern Germany talking to a waitress trying to return an overcooked dish. They'll give you that kind of attitude too. Anyway. What's important is the bus service, and we never had any kind of issues with that.

Always a pleasant ride on their bus. Get your cookie. *Review update. I noticed someone gave one star review because they did not properly plan their trip. With that said it true the tickets are nonrefundable. As is most mass transit transactions. Plan your trip accordingly and let them know your itinerary connections so they can accommodate you best when making reservations. Additionally if your unsure in your travel plans, there is usually room on board with out having to make reservations.

Completely unreliable. Do not count on them to get you on to the airport anywhere close to on time. My bus was just shy of 2 hours late (!) from the scheduled time. At the same time, their other bus had broken down and stranded 15 more passengers, all of whom were several more hours late than my bus was. Customer "service" people especially manager Jack were extremely rude, refused refund, and told me to "take a taxi". Singularly the worst experience I have ever had on public transportation. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Local Dunginess was wonderful ..under Grayhound is a nightmare. BE AWARE...they took away the evening route on Tued and Weds....MANY ARE LOSING NON REFUNDABLE AIR FARE. Website schedule says they still have the route but it doesn't exist when you try to book it. The old local phone # is still good...they said they have repeatedly asked Grayhound to correct the schedule .
