For a center run by and for disabled people, they sure don't seem to take people's access needs seriously. I went to them for a referral and told the case worker that I have phone anxiety. The case worker gave me the phone number of a practice to call--a number I had already found searching on my own--and provided no other way to contact the practice. When I finally worked up the courage to call the number I'd been given, the voice mail inbox was full. I told the CIL caseworker what had happened, and she never got back to me. Thanks for all your effort.
