I was really enjoying this store until at the middle/towards the end. My son very possibly has ADHD which hasn’t been fully diagnosed yet. I found at first the employees to be nice and polite especially this one gentleman who was bringing merchandise from the back and told me new merchandise was out. He was super nice playing with my son and talking to him and joking with him. It’s always a struggle coming out with him because they won’t diagnose him yet or test him so I’m always worried when he shows out. He grabbed a golf club in the store and I kept trying to get it from him but he wouldn’t give it to me like normal. He listens to other people while we’re out but not me. An employee came up to me and stated he had that and I said politely I know, he won’t give it to me, he may listen to you but he won’t me. He sat it down oddly for some reason without her saying a word to him. Well then when I was looking at dresses and heading to the bras, she was very loudly speaking about me and my son in front of other customers, to customers and another employee that I heard her at the registers. Stated she spoke to me twice and he’s pulling stuff off the racks which he was not pulling anything off, he was hiding in the racks trying to be a kid and scare me. She stated loudly this is absolutely ridiculous and stating different things that I was trying to ignore…. I kept trying to grab him throughout the entire trip but he would not listen at all. I needed items for my house otherwise I would’ve left sooner but once she started talking about my son and I then I made the decision to fully leave. She is so disrespectful and absolutely needs fired. I spent $41 after rounding up for the job training and she’s lucky that after that I spent anything at all. The employee that I’m referring to was a short white woman with very blonde hair like a pixie cut or shorter than that. Idk how to describe her haircut. So, I’m currently now sitting in my car and crying because of this woman and the embarrassment and disrespect I felt from her.

Relatively clean, needs better lighting and accessibility to bins, but great purchases available for the money!

Bigger toys if you're speaking of the pound store
I did not know I had a 90 day program. I did once. This was 5 years ago. Reno, NV. I am currently in North Carolina and doing well. Yourself?
This is an outlet store - it is a pound store, so the items are in boats and customers sort through them. We sell clothing, shoes, and accessories for $1.29/lb. You can see more information about the outlet on our website http://triadgoodwill.org/outlet. There is a donation center attached to this building as well.
In 1902, the Reverend Edgar J. Helms of Morgan Methodist Chapel in Boston started Goodwill as part of his ministry.[8] Helms and his congregation collected used household goods and clothing being discarded in wealthier areas of the city, then trained and hired the unemployed or impoverished to mend and repair them. The products were then redistributed to those in need or were given to the needy people who helped repair them.
