If you want your pass photo taken, definitely look for other places. The pic taken from me had white background, but my face looked so grayish as if no flash was used, definitely not professionally taken for $17, I should say.

Cheap store. Trying to save on taxes and credit card fees by imposing cash only rule under $10. They charge $1 min for print so if you have a shipping label to be printed it’s $1. And if you don’t have cash they will say “go to an atm and come back, that’s all I can help you”. I’d rather go to another fedex location where they do sensible business. Cheap location. I’d never go back. I saw them asking another customer to pick up packaging things themselves and pack and label items themselves while they will just stand and accept payments.

Unbelievably bad customer service. I waited for 15mins as the lady was on a call. She did not even acknowledge me being there even though I made sure she knew she had a customer waiting. After multiple attempts, she made eye contact and signaled to wait a bit more. Unfortunately for her, I understand the local dialect she was talking over the phone and it was clear it was not an urgent call. She even had the time to receive incoming calls on the landline but would go back to her personal phone call immediately without asking what I was there for. There are many other postal services nearby with much better service. Give the others your business.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The woman I dealt with was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unwilling to admit when their establishment had made a mistake even after I was very clear about what they did wrong. The man was fine, but he messed up in a form I had notarized and they refused to fix their mistake. I do not recommend coming here. Save your time and your money, go somewhere else.
