The service I received today at Postal Annex on Bernal was excellent. Cynthia, the manger, made the process of opening a private box as smooth as can be. I had visited a other private mail stores in the area before stopping here. Long daytime hours and mail forwarding service included with my rental. Thanks!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! i made that mistake, i had time sensitive paperwork that needed to arrive on time, i checked tracking and it says it is being returned to me due to wrong address, so i go back to this location and they say its my fault? i clearly wrote an address correctly, and they still sent it wrong! now i had to pay another $50 to next day! horrible business!

The staff there is AMAZING and honest! I signed for a package but was holding too much stuff and was running late for work so I left it on their counter. By the time I realized this, they were closed. As soon as they opened up the following day, I came in hoping to retrieve my very important package. They had placed it back on the shelf for me! I have been assisted by all the staff there and they are always so pleasant and eager to help and worked quickly/efficiently. LOVE it there! Thanks for all your help Postal Annex!!!

They delivered the wrong package to my client. They lost the package I sent and would not even refund my payment. The package was a hand made item which I remade and sent through ups. The charge at postalannex Was $78 and $35 to mail from ups. Something hanky is up with that place. Also FedEx wouldn't get involved even though it was sent via their service.
