Next time that you are in Hamricks, when you check out, have the cashier double check your phone number and make sure that information has been updated. A few months ago, Hamricks did away with their store card and went to a points system for rewards. There is also an App that you can download and see the ads and update your information. If neither of these options work, maybe you can call the toll free number at the bottom of your receipt. I hope this helps.
