Worst amazon to deliver to or pick up a load from in the area. Always very long waiting times, no comunication between the people at the gate, overall terrible. There are 2 more big amz locations in the area and its a pleasure to go there no problems at all. UPDATE!! .....STILL JUST AS BAD!!

Please drivers don’t come here at all cost. wish I could give them zero star. I dropped my loaded trailer at 9:00am and they called me almost 2:00AM to pick up my empty trailer. Just cancelled my next load because of them. My whole plan screwed up because of these lazy guys. The lady at gate was so mean. If you go here it means you are going tornado warning area intentionally. If you want take your 34hours reset,than here is the place.

All locations are ridiculous cause they make you drop your trailer off like we don't know how a red and green light works to move out of a dock. If they really don't want us to move then tell us to unhook the air line and that's it.

Shouldn't have to sit more than 2 hours to get loaded or unloaded that's the problem at all locations
