The Salvation Army around Charlotte and Gastonia all get their clothes from a warehouse now where they place metal staples into all the clothing, placing holes in everything. Also, they sort through everything prior to bringing the donations into the stores to remove anything of value. They also individually price items and charge way too much for Jeans ($7.00) a pair. For god's sake people, you get this stuff for FREE, don't be so stingy with the things people donate and create a system where people don't want to shop there anymore. I will never shop at a Charlotte or surrounding area location again. They're way too high and there's nothing of any value to look for anymore.

They don't tell you the window of when they will arrive and leave if you are not home within 5 minutes. Trying to help a good organization but terrible service with the local branch.

Not that I know of. There are no collection boxes inside or outside. This is simply an administrative office.
