After posting a very positive review in the past, my most recent experience was the polar opposite after a change in staff. Brought my son's laptop in because his power outlet needed repairing. Not only were they unable to fix the problem, they broke our keyboard attempting to repair. What is the most upsetting is how they handled the situation. We spoke with two employees, both claiming to be present when the laptop was opened up, and both making contradictory claims. One claimed they never opened the laptop and thus could not have possibly broken the keyboard (Andy). The second claimed to have opened the laptop but could not get to the charger port. Where they both agreed is accusing my son, a programmer of 7 years, that he spilled water on the keyboard and that must be the reason the keyboard no longer works. Not only was the keyboard dry, we only had the laptop back for a few hours, and he obviously knows better than to use his laptop as a drink coaster. Not only did they fail to repair our laptop, but the damage to the keyboard will run $350. The inconsistency in their stories and blaming us for the defect is incredibly and obviously unprofessional. I will never return.

Very helpful service, needed actual help with my Samsung account so my problem couldn't be resolved there even tho Samsung sent me there(chat support was confused) but they were extremely helpful in figuring out what needed to be done so when I was able to get in touch with Samsung the problem was fixed way easier
