I took my sons Nintendo Switch Lite to this location. I got a call a couple of days later and they said they replaced the charging port but that it did not work and they were going to send it to the Northlake location to try something else. Well a week went by and by the second week I’m like ok what’s going on? I looked up the status of the repair online and they said they were not going to be able to repair. Never got a call or an email. Had to look it up myself. They claimed they are “short staffed”. But sheesh a phone call would have been nice.

I went into the store 45 minutes before closing yesterday and was denied service bc it was close to closing time and all I had was a cracked screen. First he acted as if he could find my reservation which was placed through Asurion so I pulled up an email to show him. But after he refused to my phone, I asked would they stop work and leave right at 7p and he said yes that’s why they couldn’t fix the phone today. Kepler was not helpful at all. I walked next to AT&T and was able to get a new phone. When I left AT&T at 7:45p guess who I saw leaving the store??? Kepler that’s who? He was there long enough to fix my phone but clearly didn’t want to.
