Love this store! This is my shopping paradise. But I definitely felt the toxic work environment. My cashier was nice, but he had trouble scanning one of my items and he asked a supervisor, an older Chinese woman, for help. She was also the cashier next door. She seemed annoyed and was super rude with him and scolded the poor guy right in front of me! That was unsettling, and they had only four check-outs open and you bet the line was long. If employees get treated like that it's no wonder they can't find enough cashiers..

Expect to be in line for an hour. Typically there’s just a single super slow cashier for like 50 people. Obviously the cashier’s are overworked and you keep thinking should I just go or stay in the line since I’ve been here for half an hour so far. Expect to have to step over clothes and products on the ground as you make your way to the register. Some of this is just classic Burlington, but this particular branch is the worst.

Long queue for billing always, customer service should be better, only 2 counters open. Most of the racks in dining and kitchen are empty. Less variety

The store is huge. It's a really big Burlington compared to some others I've been to but that's also why I gave it a 3 star rating because with as big as it was, it's hard to find help here and find whatever it is that you might be looking for, like what section is where. The way the lines go for the register, they are set up to make you think that the line is already long enough to pay which takes FOREVER but then you get to what you think is the end and see it wraps around again, hidden behind some shelves making the line even longer doubling it's size. I stood in line about 30 mins maybe a little more.
