Nice course, great views, and quite difficult. I would expect a bit better maintenance for the price. A lot of dirt instead of rough.

I stopped playing Summitpointe years ago because it was so poorly kept. I decided to try again now that it's under new management. It's still a quirky place with many slopping fairways that cause you to hit far to one side, even out of bounds to get the ball to roll into the fairway. Fairways need some work, especially on the front 9. Back 9 is prettier but we got very annoyed at the auto shut down of carts when nearing the edges of the fairways. On one hole, I think it was 12 or 14, the cart shut down when on the left HALF of the fairway. This was annoying and should be corrected with fairways so narrow. Over all a good value. We will come back as most courses in the South Bay are packed. Bay View was easy to get on and even had to switch our tee time with no problem. Good staff, were very helpful and very good food at the restaurant and bar. The place is getting better!

This golf course is hilly and very challenging but it’s fun. Be prepared to lose few balls since it’s is narrow and there are some nice pond to collect your balls LOL. The staff John is very friendly and he gives good tips about the course. I will be back and hope I will loose less balls this time. Did anyone also saw the same cat at hole 1 green ? The cat pick the ball from the hole.

We had a very nice time golfing here. My father in law is 92 and golfs every day except Mondays when they’re closed! It’s a beautiful course, I wish I took more photos.
