Sergio and Shawn helped me out. They are very friendly and helpful throughout the sales process. Also got good extra deals for my new car thru them. Overall a pleasant experience! One thing they can improve is post sale support. I have a lot of questions after the purchase and believe they have some room to improve in helping me post sales.

Excellent service! My CR-V picked up a nail, and the whole thing was fixed and taken care of quickly and done well! Adrian is the best. I will keep bringing my car here even when the warranty is no longer active if service continues to be this good! I bought my CR-V at this location (different name at the time) in 2018, and have brought it here consistently since then. Their pricing is competitive, and the people are easy to work with.

My service rep. Mike already waiting for me @entrance when I arrived. There is discount expired on Mar. He still extended for me. Few issue on battery and mice activities, they have verified battery is good 488/500, just need to be driven more, and wiped down the mice "goodies", also suggesting use peppermint oil application to deter the mice. Service was done almost within one hour.. Mike asked me, why do I drive further to Milpitas Envision Honda for service ? Update : 3/2/2022 Hi Mike, Thanks for additional car wash, didn't expect that, all 3 sides of my neighbors are remodeling/tree cutting/fence fixing, so much dust deposited on the car, you save me a trip to a car wash!
